I think the older book by Bruington might be more helpful, than some of the newer versions as there has been so much vandalism and weather damage at St. Michaels since her work in the 1930s.
Didn't Lola Bruington do the survey for whites only? I think her recording was selective, rather than comprehensive. I think the original church interment records at the UWF would be more comprehensive, including those without stones or where stones have eroded away. Don't you, Lee?
