Do y'all remember what happened when Commissioner Willie Junior set out to clean up the old Zion[?] cemetery over at the Grand Hotel, near Palafox and Guillemard?? And they sued him! Even the eventual owners had good arguements for it, it seems. However, all that said----I would call the county commissioner for your district (as a starting point), and see what his office (or HE) says about the law. It think that would be a good start!
