Would like to find information on Irma Lisboni born 1836 in France or West Indies. She was married to Manuel Celestino Francisco Gonzalez in 1850 in Pensacola. She died in 1908 in Pensacola and is buried in St. Michaels Cemetery. Does anyone know who her parents were or where she came from? Carolyn
On January 13, the publisher told me that Escambia would be the first book off the press in 2004. He projected the end of February, and that's what I had told some of you who had written, recently. However, at a meeting with him last Friday, he would not give a specific date and said just to say "spring." We did see a printed copy of the digital version that will go to the printer and approved it, so I hope it will go this week, or soon. It's a good book. It looks good, and I think everyone will be pleased. Be patient just a little longer. You will get a letter from the publisher telling you when it is to be mailed and distributed. If you have further questions, write to me directly. Cynthia Dean, Chairman <cgdean@bellsouth.net>
