Hi, Does anyone have access to a published book of marriages in Escambia Co. for the years 1860-1870? Faye in TX cnfb@281.com
There are vital records on the USGENWEB/FL site for Escambia County at the below link: http://www.rootsweb.com/~flescamb/vitrec.htm#marr I know they have 1850-1860, but not sure about any new info after that period. Check those out, they may be easier than trying to use the transcriptions by DAR or the actual marriage books ... Hi everyone, I haven't done much with the Escambia County GenWeb site lately but my intentions are good and I am hoping to get to the Archives and copy some of the late 1800 marriages to get online. It will be a good project when the weather is too hot to get outside. At "familysearch.org" you can look up marriages by using the "IGI". Marriages have been extracted up to about 1900. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Ginny Deagan" <gdeagan@bellsouth.net> To: <FLESCAMB-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, June 02, 2004 8:29 AM Subject: Re: [FLESCAMB] Re: Escambia Co.
