December 2, 1912, children: Thomas Bosier FLEMING, b. October 22, 1868, d. July 03, 1890 Robert Fulton Fleming, Sr., b. October 10, 1870 in Chilton County, AL, d. July 19, 1965 in Birmingham, Jefferson County, AL, married January 20, 1919 in Birmingham, AL Fay CLEVELAND, b. October 05, 1887 in Centreville, AL, d. January 20, 1919 in Birmingham, Jefferson County, AL Emily G. FLEMING, b. October 11, 1872, d. May 31, 1879 Corderie Ann FLEMING, b. December 02, 1874 in Chilton County, AL, d. February 1977 in Birmingham, AL John Quincey FLEMING, married Eliza STEPHENS (He died in the Civil War) James Fulton FLEMING (He died in the Civil War, did not marry) Robert Harrison FLEMING (He died in the Civil War) Jackson LaFayette FLEMING (He died at home at age 20) Elizabeth Grier FLEMING, married Ninian SIMS Elizabeth Grier FLEMING, married Mr. Hudman ---------- William Jasper FLEMING said that his grandfather came to this country from Ireland and settled in Warren County, GA. Corderie Anne FLEMING is said to have traced the "Flemings from Flanders in the 12th century up to Robert the Bruce" but could not find anything to indicate that they came from Ireland.
