    1. Re: Another Fleming Line
    2. In a message dated 99-06-13 20:19:47 EDT, you write: << Family lore says that three brothers, John, James and William came to the Colonies from Ireland and settled in Virginia before the Revolutionary War. Before the war they moved to S.C. and fought with units from S.C. >> ============================================================ Sure would like to know what happened to the other two brothers. That would fit in with the line of Sarah FLEMING, b in VA abt 1776, found in Spartanburg County, SC by 1800. Am very curious about the PARKS connection, which also appears in the lines of Sarah's descendents, with husband Caleb GARRISON. The migration routes also fit well. I also know that there is a line of FLEMINGS who apparently migrated to SW GA, around Sumter and Lee County. =========================================================== George W. b. 10 Apr 1820 m. Sarah A. Johnson d. 25 Jun 1898. He lived and died in Coweta Co. Ga. =========================================================== Any more info on Sarah' family?? My Sarah FLEMING GARRISON's oldest son m. into the family of Rowland and Millie HAWKINS JOHNSON, many of whom also followed the same migration route. Would appreciate any thoughts on this!!
