In the 1820's, the KENNEDY and FLEMING families came to Shelby Co, IN. I believe they came together. One of the earliest KENNEDY's was actually named Fleming KENNEDY. The families continued to intermarry. I just visited the gravesite of a later Fleming KENNEDY that just died in 1956 (still here in Shelby Co, IN). I hope your query generates some responses!
