He and Elizabeth lived near to them and had quite a few children. I don't have any John Short in my data base but I do have Elizabeth marrying Paddy Mark's son (1st cousin). She died shortly after childbirth as did her baby. I have many names in my database and would be willing to share info with you. 4 of the brothers came to Quebec and 1 to USA that I know of.
