Robert, I checked the following: Florida Deaths beginning 1917 thru 1959 (I was looking for other names as well) I found a Ralph Cameron Blas that died in Jax in 1923; Bettie Blas died in Jax in 1924 and William Blas in Palm Co in 1951. Could not find BLASE. I also checked the City Directories from 1921 through 1939 and could not locate BLASE. There were several BLASes. The library also has the death records for Georgia. Do you think he could have crossed the stateline? Sorry I couldn't be of any assistance but let me know if you come up with any ideas & I'll be clad to check it out. We do have cemetery listings for most cemeteries.
