The cemetery at Jacksonville Beach you are referring to is the old cemetery where all the local black people were buried. To All, The City of Jacksonville once had a potter's field and the name was GRAVELY HILL. This cemetery is now maintained by Riverside Memorial Gardens. Riverside Memorial is located at 7242 Normandy Blvd. The bad news is neither Riverside Memorial nor the City of Jacksonville has any records for this cemetery. The way it was put to me was if there is not a headstone a person cannot be found.
