From their ad in their latest newsletter: "Records are best for physicians who died after 1906 and before 1969. Information in the database usually includes date and place of birth and death, medical school attended, place of practice, hospital affiliation and citation to an obituary." Vital Records: Directory of Deceased American Physicians, 1804–1929 (Family Archive 507) Reviewed by Marthe Arends". The CD might be available at the Public Library. You might also be able to find the two-volume set of the Directory of Deceased American Physicians, which the above CD is based on, at the public library. The above states that it was edited by Arthur W. Hafner and produced from a card file held by the American Medical Association.
