    3. Julie, if they felt that strongly about it I would drop the survey issue. It would seem to me at that point that each individual seeking a family member/ancestor to call the church to see if they are buried there and arrange permission to visit the cemetery. I am sure they must have their reason/s and guess we should respect them even if we don't understand/agree. I am sure there is a great responsibility protecting and caring for a cemetery that size.
