I don't have the answer to that. I was thinking that Highway Branch might have been the name of a creek in that area in the time frame you're looking at. The only place I thought might fit the "Highway" name would be in the Highway Avenue area. I think your best bet would be to contact the Genealogy Department of the Jacksonville Public Library at (904)630-2409 and see if they can be of any assistance to you.
