Hello from London, There is a new database on US Ancestry which is Florida Divorce records. There are 2 results for Jamie Cobb and wondered if anyone could send me the details. I can look up Ancestry UK in exchange. Thank you very much, Linda
Does anyone know of a source that gives the approximate locations of the precincts for the 1900 Duval County Census? Thanks
If you have a subscription to Ancestry.com, they are listed under the townships. Click on the 1900 census Click on Florida Click on Duval Check each township for the precinct number. Looking for information on a William George McMicheal and his family. They were on 1930 census in Jacksonville, FL I believe ages are wrong on 1930 census. Ages from 1920 census were W.G. (30), Myrtle (25) and Virginia (5). They were from St. Louis. There is a William George listed on Florida death index for 1944 but no date given. would like to find death date and obituary. Looking for any information from 1930 to the present. Thanks, Mary Ann Tantillo
May I suggest that persons asking for help in locating their ancestors should give us all the information they now know, for instance, we will need as much of the full name as possible, location and approximate date. Sometimes the ethnicity, family size, occupation, religion, etc. can help us help them. It is just not reasonable to give us a blank slate and expect as miracle. Thanks for helping us help researchers. Jon R. Ferguson
