Death Certificate # 52634. You can obtain a copy of the death Certificate from the state of Florida. Go to www9.myflorida.com and follow the links to death certificates (left side of page). Cost is $5. The certificate should show where buried. The Broward County Library does do obit look-ups for a nominal fee.
