Gender: M Death Date: Nov. 1966 You can request a death certificate from the Fl Health Dept. using the Volume and Certificate number. The cost I believe is $5.00. There are other records of Purdy deaths in 1967, 1978, 1986, 1988. Hope this is of some help.
