They have the newspapers on microfilm and may do a look-up for you. Supply as much info as possible, esp exact date of death. Go to www.browardlibrary.org. Click "Enter Here" (next to the icon of the building.....it takes a bit before it appears). Then click "ask a librarian". Follow the link for an e-mail request. I've contacted libraries all over the country for obits. Some charge fees, some do not. If no obit is available you can get a copy of the death certificate at www9.myflorida.com.
