I'm Claire Marie Algarme from the Philippines. My mother's maiden name is Remo. Her father was a former mayor in the town of Moises Padilla in Negros Occidental, Philippines named Cipriano Remo, Sr. There are a lot of Remos in that town but as far as I know there are also Remo clans in Batangas, Philippines. I believe my grandfather came from the Remo line in Aklan or Capiz. His father is Quintin Remo. Claire
