Lauderdale, Broward, Florida in 1951. She was the dau of John Thomas Jones and Maggie Elizabeth Glass. She married Cleveland V. Purvis when she was 16 years old (abt 1913) according to census 1930. Mamie and Cleveland Purvis are also in census 1920 Miami City, Dade County Florida. This information seems to match up with Mamie Purvis found in SSDI who dies in July 1970.
