Her father was a former mayor in the town of Moises Padilla in Negros Occidental, Philippines named Cipriano Remo, Sr. There are a lot of Remos in that town but as far as I know there are also Remo clans in Batangas, Philippines. James L. Alston was station in London in the service. He was station in London with the U.S. Srmy Judge Avocate General Corps. They were married in June 3, 1944, He is still living . His wife , Lucile Alston died March 36, 2004 Her parents were J. Everett and Marjorie Stuart Vogt. children is StuartAlston and Glen, and a daughter Amanda Alston Gregory . she is survived by her grandchildren EmeryL. , Jane L. Gregory, and Drew Gregory, all in Atlanta. The funeral notice is in the Atlanta notice is on the Journal, Constution paper today.
