John was a brother to David GROOVER,who was my husband's ancestor. I have been working on the WISE family lately. I have the wife of Redding DENMARK as Lavina "Viny" WISE. But, I realize records are not always accurate. Viny or Winny was the daughter of William WISE and Sarah Margaret DENMARK. Two of her siblings married into the GROOVER family. Two of her sisters married DENMARKs, too, which I believe were brothers of Redding DENMARK. Pam
