Sanchez of Alachua County send greeting whereas by an order of the County Court in the Territory of Florida duly frassed and entered on record it is decided that the Commissioner of said County shall make execute and deliver to the purchasers of lots in the town of Newnansville, Deeds of Conveyances for the lots by them respectively entered and whereas John Helvinston stands noted & entered upon the (?a lot) of said Town in my custody as the purchaser of the lot hereinafter specified. Now Know ye that I the said John J. Sanchez of said County of Alachua by virtue of the Authority so as aforesaid in me Vested in Consideration of the sum of Twenty Dollars & 50/100 by the said John Helvinston to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby Acknowledged have granted bargained and sold and by these presents Do Grant bargain and sell unto the said John Helvinston and to his heirs and assigns forever a Certain lot of land in the Town of Newnansville designated as lot N 3 Range N1 Block N1 upon the plan of said Town as filed and existing in the Clerk's Office of the Alachua County Aforesaid, together with all and Singular the heriditaments and Appurtenances to the same in any wise belonging __ To have and to hold the said lot and premises and every part thereof with the Appurtenances unto the said John Helvinston his heirs and assigns forever as fully and absolutely as I the said John J. Sanchez Commissioner Aforesaid might, could, or Ought to sell and convey the same. In Witness whereof I the said John J.
