Downing -- Your are a true gem! I appreciate so much all the effort you have gone to. This is so exciting because I'm now more certain this is the family several of us are seeking. Lydia, child of William H. and Eliza married Martin Huggins and I'm sure she is now located. However, Mary Elizabeth (Eliza) Downing who married Ira Belton Huggins (Martin's brother) is not on this list of children. I strongly suspect that she may prove to be the child of first son, Francis.
