The top of the page may take quite awhile to open. It will eventually produce a popup that will allow you to downlaod a file that will help with the ColdFusion form elements. If you are just trying out the form, click No and the page should then load for you. You will have to do this each time you sign on unless you install the file. I have the file installed on all of my PCs.
