A member of the First Baptist Church of Cross City, he came to Cross City from Marion, S.C. He is survived by his widow, Della, his sons, 'Willis, Henry Jr., John and Steven, of Cross City, and eight grandchildren. Funeral Notice, Gainesville Sun, Sunday, 11 May 1969, Page 4A GODBOLT, MR. HENRY - Funeral services for Mr. Godbolt, age 93, will be held at 2 p.m., on Sunday May 11, 1969, at First Baptist, Church of Cross City, Florida with Rev. Luther Anderson conducting the services. Burial will be in Cross City Cemetery under the direction of Duncan Brothers Funeral Home. Mr. Godbolt Was a member of Pallbearers Lodges No.12 & 1. I hope this will help you.
