    3. Manuel Nason COURANT and his wife, Amy Etta Small COURANT were in Florida, when Manuel Jr was born in 1924. It was at High Springs, Florida. Does anyone know anything about that family, or have any database that would list them, for that era? He was 78. Born in Tokyo, Japan, he moved to Gainesville from Davis nine years ago. Although he no longer lived in Davis, Yamamoto remained honorary chairman of the I-House board of directors. He is survived by his wife, Chizuko Yamamoto of Gainesville, and two daughters, Eleanor Yamamoto of Davis and Janet Yamamoto of Gainesville. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Williams-Thomas funeral Home in Gainesville. There will be no local services. Interment will be in Tokyo.
