    3. Found an entry in an old Pensacola city directory that had the man living "On Gadsden West of Lake Ruby"... Thanks to Judy Jolly's prompting. Butcher Pen Pond: Also called "Fielding's Butcher Pen Pond." In West Pensacola located near (north and south) of Cervantes Street. Later called "Lake Ruby"? That does not give the precise location but the name Fielding or Lake Ruby may give someone a clue. 3. I didn't find the Butcher Pen Pond Ballpark, but while searching ran into this interesting photo of the old Admiral Mason Ballpark down along the bayfront. Thought it was interesting enough to share with the crowd.
