I guess you all saw where Sid Thomes' wife died. They said memorial contributions may be made to the Genealogical Dept. of the West Fl Public Library. Nice gesture. Sid worked so hard to get our library up there going. Memorial service was, today, at Christ Church. Cynthia

I remember Sid very well. I helped him catalog many records at the old health department up on Palafox St. One day it was raining so hard that we both got soaked . I decided to go home but Sid got some paper towels and dried off as much as he could and kept on recording the death notices. He was dedicated. I did not know Mrs .
