Cynthia: I use both. 16 was the last version that was what most of us had gotten use to. The 2008 is a lot different and takes some getting use to. And the import is a bit iffy. It doesn't always bring forward attachments. But it has some utility that simply isn't in the earlier versions and frankly once I got use to the new interface, I like it. Until they get the bugs out of 2008 anyone upgrading should plan on keeping both on their computer. 2008 does not change your existing file when it imports so there isn't any danger of actually loosing any data. You wind up with two files.
