    1. Re: [FL-WFGS] Footprints 2010 available
    2. Quentin Black is another old timer who used to go to the Seville Square Reunions. He grew up down town and went to Hallmark and Eliza Jane Wilson School in the thirties and was a member of a couple of Boy Scout troops in the down town area. He remembers it too, Doris. Thanks for the article. I got there early and the seats were already gone. Jerry Merritt did one of the finest presentations that I've seen in quite a while. Very informative Jerry. Great Job, Thank You. WOW ! As for my article on Hawkshaw , thank you , Evan for the kinds words. who better to write about Hawkshaw than an old gal who will admit that she was born there. I've read so many misinformed things written about Hawkshaw and it's people, I wanted everyone to know the real people that was one big family that looked out for each other. Very few people know that the older generation's of Hawkshaw, continued to have yearly reunions in Seville Square, until a about six or seven years ago , until most of them died off or got too old to pull it together. There are some of them left , like AC Cutts that love to talk about it. Betcha any one of them could tell you about "Frascati" ----- Original Message ----- From: "Evan Strohl" <estrohl@cox.net> To: <fl-wfgs@rootsweb.com> Sent: Saturday, February 05, 2011 5:12 PM Subject: Re: [FL-WFGS] Footprints 2010 available > Doris, > Let me tell you what a GREAT job your did in the Footprints. > Your stories of the Benjamin KERSEY and Hawkshaw were > top notch! > I haven't seen that much about Hawkshaw anywhere, and will > be copying it for the WFGL's folder on "Communities--Hawkshaw." > > Future patrons who find it will be grateful! > > Evan > > > > > P.S.
