    3. Evan, As you come down 17th Ave. toward the Pensacola Bay bridge, Frascati was on that hill to your right (west) after you go under the grafitti bridge. It was on Gregory St. as best I can remember. The old Woman's Club used to be there where I played duplicate bridge. I heard they used to have duelings at Frascati. Don't know if that is true. But, they did have picnics and social events. That same area is referred to as Aaronsville sometimes. Our church had a children's festival there in 1888 and "a festival at Frascati in 1892, and a special street car had been ordered for the children to ride to the picnic. Messrs. Zirkelbach and Riedel were to provide the games, and it was decided against making fish chowder for that year." (from God With Us 100 Years / by Ed Albrecht & Cynthia Dean - a history of Immanuel Lutheran Church, Pensacola, FL, p. 66) Perhaps some old newspapers of that period would lend more info. Dean DeBolt and Jackie Wilson probably have more information. Cynthia
