    3. Thanks, Cynthia, somewhere---we have an article on that place, I just can't find it. I had heard it was located at the far EAST end of HEINBERG, basically behind Halls's Seafood, and, that it WAS a place for dueling, also. I would just like to have some info to put in the file folder on Frascati, especially since it was thought there were DUELS back there! An interesting part of our history. Anyway, we DO have a file folder on that place under "Communities." The whole COMMUNITIES drawer is really filling up now---I'll be only a few of us realized there were so many listtle communities through the years, in this area---Hawkshaw, Flatiron, Mosquiteo Flats, Gandyville, Tinville, Tatertown, etc. You should ALL take a look in that drawer the next time you are in the WFGL. Time for a plug. If ANY of you know of names of OTHER local communites through the years, and know something ABOUT them, please forward the info to a WFGL Volunteer, or bring them IN. Thanks. Bonnie!!! Keep on plugging, dear!! ;=) You DO have a point. Some of those communities in that drawer might deserve an "airing out" in a future Footprints--- that would be fun! It's a GREAT resource. 3. Evan, Do you want info on the woman's club ? I can help with that if you wish , it was incorporated in 1920 and it is East Heinburg behind Hall's front faces Gregory. When they changed direction Gregory ran we had the front closed . Sign is still on Gregory in front of this building. 3. I didn't know there was a woman's club there, but I was really interested in anything about the "early" history of that particular area. Either its history as a dueling location, or other uses. Thanks, Terry. I have made a folder for Frascati now, and put it in the COMMUNITIES file drawer with all the other communities. Anyone can add info, articles, stories, history, etc to these file folders-- see a Volunteer if you have questions. ----- Original Message ----- From: "TERRY SCHWARTZ" <tdschwartz@msn.com> To: <fl-wfgs@rootsweb.com> Sent: Monday, February 07, 2011 11:24 AM Subject: Re: [FL-WFGS] Frascati > > Evan, > Do you want info on the woman's club ?
