What Lee meant is that the form itself marked "for WFGS Members Only" could be available on the WFGS site. It actually raises a very good idea...might we want to let anyone fill out such a form (minus certain information), so that contact information would be available for anyone who was interested in that particular surname? Just an idea. The filled out form could be temporary as someone fills it out and clicks "submit" or "e-mail," and then disappear. Anyone filling it out would only be presented with the template. That would eliminate the confidential information aspect.
