    3. I just meant the form itself. The reader would print the form out and mail it in. None of the info would be kept on the web site. As you refine the form, it could be changed, of course. I was just saying that anyone could send in the form if they were, for instance, looking for their relatives in Pensacola and they lived in Alaska, or some such scenario.
