I'd like to remind folks of what I said at the last meeting of the Society. Online, if you go to the website, www.pqarchiver.com Click on the box that says "partners" Here you will find a list of all the newspapers that are indexed; the Pensacola News Journal is indexed from 2002 to present, and I even found the obituaries that were in yesterday's (June 19th) newspaper already online. This is a fantastic index not only for Pensacola but all the many other newspapers that are covered. For researchers and genealogists, you can buy copies of the articles, but we use it primarily to locate obituries, etc. which we can easily scan from our microfilm and e-mail anywhere in the world.
