Information I've come into on my GGG-Grandmother Minerva C Moon says she is 1/2 Cherokee. Minerva was born in 1839 possibly Cobb Co GA and married John Hill Jr of Hall Co GA. They lived in Cobb Co GA> Winston Co AL> Walker Co AL. Minerva died in Walker Co Al in 1909. I haven't found Minerva on census before she was married in GA, to date, and I'm in hopes someone out there will be able to tell me who her parents and family are. Any clues?
