All, I have talked with Katheryn Devine, and she plans to be done editing the final pages by the end of the month. When I asked her what prices she was able to find for printing, she said that it looks as though the book will sell for $60 for the leather bound. She is also planning to offer just the book unbound for you to put in your own 3 ring binder. I expect this to go for about $40, but not real firm on price just yet.
