When I asked her what prices she was able to find for printing, she said that it looks as though the book will sell for $60 for the leather bound. She is also planning to offer just the book unbound for you to put in your own 3 ring binder. I expect this to go for about $40, but not real firm on price just yet. So, if there are any others out there who are considering buying the book, let me know so that I can let Katheryn know and get the mailing labels done for her as well.
