May 7, 2003 Charlotte Observer Charlotte, North Carolina Jackson Paul Thomas Fitzwater - Master Jackson Paul Thomas Fitzwater, 1 year and 11 months, son of John and Dee Fitzwater, died May 6, 2003 at Presbyterian Hospital. Jackson was born May 19, 2001 in Charlotte, NC. A Mass of Angels will be held 12:00 noon Saturday, May 10, 2003 at St. Gabriel Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Sunset Memory Gardens, Lawyers Road. Friends may call on the Fitzwater family Thursday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM and Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 PM and again from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at McEwen Mint Hill Chapel, Matthews-Mint Hill Road. Jackson was survived by his parents, John and Dee Fitzwater; a twin brother, Jonathan Fitzwater; sister, Jamie Mauro of Indian Trail, NC; and two brothers, Thomas Mauro of New Jersey and Paul Mauro of Florida; paternal grandparents, Paul and Ruth Fitzwater of Ohio; a nephew, Jacob Mauro; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
