December 2, 2003 Charleston Gazette Charleston, West Virginia CRAIGSVILLE - Don *Fitzwater*, 56, of Craigsville, W.Va., died Saturday, Nov. 29, 2003, in the Richwood Area Community Hospital. Born May 9, 1947, at Bergoo, Webster County, W.Va., he was a son of Charus Wilson and Mary Keener *Fitzwater* of Summersville. One brother, Jim *Fitzwater*, preceded him in death. He attended the Locust Grove Baptist Church at Craigsville, was a retired school teacher, having taught last at Craigsville Elementary, and was an artist. Surviving besides his parents are his wife, Penny Seabolt *Fitzwater*; one son, Devon at home; two brothers, John *Fitzwater* of Parkersburg and Tim *Fitzwater* of Summersville; and three sisters, Karen Sue McCutcheon, Kathy Thompson and Patricia McLean, all of Summersville, W.Va. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2003, in the White Funeral Home at Craigsville with the Rev. George Peyatt officiating. Interment will follow in the West Virginia Memorial Gardens at Calvin. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m.
