April 11, 2003 The Oregonian Portland, Oregon 04/12/03 A celebration of life service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 12, 2003, in Open Bible Church in Portland for W. Dean Fitzwater, who died April 7 at age 68. Mr. Fitzwater was born July 1, 1934, in Portland. He graduated from Washington High School and Northwestern School of Law. He was an attorney who practiced in Portland and Clackamas. In 1954, he married Patsy Phillips. Survivors include his wife; sons, Wesley and Wally; daughters, Jacque McGinnis and Juli Machado; sisters, Carolyn Fitzwater and Lee Cook; and five grandchildren.
