Tuesday June 11, 2002 The Journal Martinsburg, West Virginia Margie Pine Martinsburg - Margie Pine, 86, of King Mountain, N.C.(formerly of Martinsburg) died Sunday, June 9, 2002, at Kings Mountain Hospital in Kings Mountain, N.C. Born Sept. 4 ,1915, in Rockingham County, Va., she was the daughter of the late James Franklin and Rhonda Halterman Fitzwater. She is survived by one brother Berlin Fitzwater, of Charles Town, one sister, Juanita "Jean" Huffstetler, of King Mountain, N.C.; and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Aldon Pine; two brothers, Ocla and Laird Fitzwater; four sisters, Lenora Schenck-Eversole, Bernice Files. Funeral services will be held at 1 p. m. Thurday, June 13, 2002, at the Brown Funeral Home, with the Rev. Robert Maraugha officiating. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p. m. Wednesday, at the funeral home.
