Fitzwater was? I know nothing at all about my great great grandmother except that her name was Ruby Arbetia Elizabeth Fitzwater (the middle name not sure about), she may have went by Beth or most likely Betsy and she was from West Virginia. Although I don't have a clue as to when she was born just based on my great grandmother's birth date Isaac and Elizabeth could have been her parents. Please let me know if you can help me or not.
