Crowe, age 63, of Bath, NY died Wednesday, Feb 1, 2006 at the Corning Hospital. She was born in Bath, Mar 9, 1942, the daughter of Carson and Mary Jean Strait Fitzwater. She was a registered nurse at the Ira Davenport Hospital for 42 years and held the position of emergency room supervisor and operating room supervisor. She was a member of the Bath country Club. Barb was a very caring and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She is survived by her husband, William Crowe of Bath, her daugther, Julie (Jerry) Dieg of Corning, NY; four sons, William J. (Alana) Crowe, Jr. of Bath, Robert C. (Betsy) Crowe of Raleigh, NC, Gerald (Brenda) Crowe of Bath, NY and Daniel S. Crowe of Bath, NY; two sisters, Tracey Phillips, Joan McLaughlin and five brothers, Richard (Dawn) Fitzwater, Thomas (Cindy) Fitzwater, Robert Fitzwater, Patrick Fitzwater and Jack (Vickie) Fitzwater; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her two brothers, Douglas and Stephen. Friend may call on Sunday Feb 5, 2006 from 12-2pm and 4-6 pm at Fagan's Funeral Home in Bath. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday Feb 6th at 11am at St Mary's Church in Bath with Rev Francis Erb presider assisted by Deacon Ray Defendorf.
