She was born August 21, 1920 in Tioga, WV a daughter of the late Omar B & Glenna L (Hickman) Fitzwater. She is survived by a son, Ronald James of Rainham, Kent, England. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband James Martin Cogar, January 26, 1997. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Satuday, December 21, 2002 at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
