November 30, 2001 Charleston Daily Mail Charleston, West Virginia Mr. Byron Fitzwater LIZEMORES - Mr. Byron Fitzwater, 72, of Lizemores, died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2001, at Montgomery General Hospital. He was a retired plant worker from Elkem Metals, Alloy, W.Va., and attended Laurel Fork Missionary Baptist Church. Survivors include his son, Benjamin Fitzwater of Lizemores; daughter, Myra Rose Sizemore of Clay; brothers, Charles E. Fitzwater of Bentree, W.Va., James A. Fitzwater of Morristown, Tenn., and Versal P. of Bridgeport, W.Va.; sisters, Nina Barnes of Mansfield, Ohio, and Elsie P. Friend of St. Albans, W.Va.; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. Funeral service will be Saturday, Dec. 1, 2001, at 11 a.m. at Carl Wilson Funeral Home, Clay, with Minister Jadie Morris officiating. Burial will follow at the Little Laurel Cemetery, Hansford Fork Road, Clay. Friends may call on Friday evening from 6 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
