I've been doing research on my great grandfather, Albert L. Atwood. I discovered Elkana Jr. was his step-father. Albert's mother Laura Fisk Atwood married Elkana Smiley Jr. sometime in the late 1890's. Laura was married to Albert's father W.H. Atwood in 1889 and by 1900 had been married to Elkana for 7 years. What can you tell me about him? Do you know anything about Laura Fisk? Where Elkana & Laura married or possibly what became of Laura's 1st. husband?
