May 27, 1997 Hagerstown Morning Herald Hagerstown, Maryland Ranson, W.Va. - Shirley Virginia Fitzwater, 75, of Ranson, died Sunday, May 25, 1997, at the home of her daughter in Leetown, W.Va. Born Nov. 29, 1921, in Jefferson County, W.Va., she was the daughter of the late Robert and Anna Penwell Wiley. Services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Mannings Assembly of God Church in Harpers Ferry. The Rev. James Boyce will officiate. Burial will be in Murrill Hill Cemetery in Harpers Ferry. Friends will be received at Melvin T.
