He was born July 8, 1937 in Belington, a son of the late Francis "Bobbin" Edward and Netti (Fitzwater) Booth, who survives in Belington. He was united in marriage September 14, 1957 to Charlotte L. Casto, who preceded him in death May 3, 2002. Surviving are 1 daughter, Kimberly and husband Shawn Fetter, Belington, and 1 grandson, Kelby Fetter, Belington. Mr. Booth was a quality control technician at Kingsford Charcoal Plant in Parsons. He was Methodist by faith. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home, 216 N. Walnut St., Philippi from 3-8 p.m. Saturday and from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. Sunday, the service hour, with Rev. Arden Beck officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
