Well my brickwall is still my elusive Eli Fitzwater, that appeared in 1860 signed up with the TX Rangers for 6 months then almost vanished. He is credited with marrying a Martha (Mattie) Calloway circa 1862 and having a son named Thomas Fitzwater b.abt 1864. I have found no documentation about this Fitzwater since, supposedly he might have been from KY. For in the 1900 census, his son Tom stated that his father was from KY, no family has yet to claim this Eli. Well that is one my brickwalls, hope others have better luck with their walls. Dave :o>
